Prior to his role as Managing Director at Lorraine Capital, Sam has operated several successful companies, playing key business development, financial, and executive leadership roles. He is also co-founder and Board Member of LenderLogix, a growing mortgage technology company; as well as Senior Advisor to AMLRightSource, a global technology enabled financial services firm. Sam has a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College and is a licensed (inactive) CPA in the State of New York. A native of Buffalo and graduate Canisius High School, he has enjoyed community involvement supporting a variety of organizations, most notably as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hauptman Woodward Medical Research Institute.
