Tony is a CPA, with over 40 years’ experience working with entrepreneurial companies as advisor, investor, senior executive and board member.
In addition to being a Partner at Lorraine, Tony is CFO of Locke Acquisition Group, LLC which annually sources hundreds of millions of transactions for Amherst NY based Sovran Self Storage, Inc. (NYSE:SSS). Tony has extensive experience in business valuation and capital structures having been actively involved in transactions in all sectors of the equity and debt markets totaling over $10 billion. Tony has a B.S. degree in accounting from Canisius College.
