Justin is one of the original founders of Lorraine Capital. He was a board member of Bush Industries and BR Johnson prior to the successful exit of both those companies. Justin began his professional career as a corporate attorney in New York City focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions at Schulte Roth & Zabel, and later in Buffalo, NY at Nixon Peabody in their investment funds group. In addition to being a Partner at Lorraine Capital, he is also the Manager of APX Energy, an energy company operating in Illinois and Indiana.
Justin has been an active investor in real estate with multiple projects in Western New York and has been involved in numerous community activities including being a mentor for 43 North (one of the largest business plan competitions in the world), the UB Law Mentorship Program, and certain UB Athletic Department fundraising initiatives. In addition, he has served on multiple boards and currently is a trustee on the State University of New York at Buffalo Foundation. He has a J.D./M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.
