Rich joined Lorraine after spending the past 15 years in banking, primarily as a relationship manager/lender for both Middle Market and small business customers. Prior to that Rich worked for nearly ten years with businesses on their retirement and benefit plans. Rich’s primary role at Lorraine is managing the Rochester and Syracuse market growth; he is actively seeking to engage companies that are in need of equity, whether that is due to an ownership transition, for growth opportunities, or a combination of those reasons.
A native of Rochester, Rich graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School, and holds an M.B.A. from RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology), and his B.A. from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA.
He is involved with several local charities, and currently resides in Pittsford, with his wife and two daughters.
